My career in the learning industry spans more than 20 years, starting in public education and the college level, and later in corporate learning and development. I have deep expertise in adult learning principles and practices, learner assessment, training evaluation, learning technology, and instructional design processes such as ADDIE. I successfully led a high school staff as well as a team of instructional coaches. I am ready to apply my management and leadership competencies to a corporate Learning and Development setting.
