Learning and Development Evaluation Model
I created a modified version of Donald Kirkpatrick's Four Levels of Training Evaluation. The organization used this model to build a system for evaluating the effectiveness of its training programs. Below the evaluation graphic are examples of Learning Path Scorecards, a process evaluation example.
Learning Path Scorecards
